I worked at the Inglewood City Hall as a IT technician. I was in-charge of helping the employees with computer problem. I would have to monitor servers and doing tasks that have been asked for by my supervisors. I was able to work on different project through my time which included working on tickets, working on maiteaneance of the server and also in troubleshooting.
